Whether you are ordering an individual executive desk or procuring a full B2B commercial office fit-out, our logistics team ensures safe, timely, and organized delivery.

2. Delivery Zones & Estimated Timelines

A. Nairobi Metropolitan Area (Same-Day & Next-Day)

Coverage: Nairobi CBD, Westlands, Kilimani, Upper Hill, Industrial Area, Mombasa Road, Karen, Lavington, Runda, Thika Road, and surrounding suburbs.
Standard Timeline: 24 to 48 hours upon order confirmation and payment verification.
Express Fulfillment: Same-day dispatch is available for in-stock retail items ordered before 12:00 PM EAT directly from Store Z6.

B. Nairobi Environs & Satellite Towns

Coverage: Kiambu, Ruiru, Machakos, Athi River, Kitengela, Ngong, and Rongai.
Standard Timeline: 1 to 3 business days.

C. Pan-Kenya Upcountry Transit

Coverage: Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, Nyeri, Meru, Malindi, Kakamega, and all major towns across Kenya.
Standard Timeline: 2 to 5 business days via our vetted 3rd-party commercial freight and courier partners.
Tracking & Consignment: A waybill/consignment tracking number will be issued as soon as your shipment is dispatched from Noble Park.

3. Shipping Rates & Calculation

Nairobi Metro Flat Rates: Calculated at checkout based on distance from our Noble Park hub and item volume/weight.
Upcountry Freight Rates: Transport fees for regional orders are charged based on volumetric size or courier parcel tiers.
Free Delivery Thresholds: Occasional promotional offers for free Nairobi delivery apply to specified order totals (excluding heavy structural items unless stated).

4. Corporate B2B Delivery, Assembly & Site Placement

For commercial office installations, boardrooms, and workstation setups:

On-Site Technical Assembly: Standard B2B delivery includes complete on-site assembly, leveling, and spatial positioning by our trained technical team.
Site Readiness: Corporate clients are requested to ensure the installation site, elevators, and accessways are clear prior to our team’s scheduled arrival.
After-Hours & Weekend Assembly: Scheduled weekend or after-hours corporate installations are available upon request to prevent office operational downtime.

5. Inspection Upon Delivery & Claims Protocol

To guarantee total satisfaction, we maintain a strict delivery verification process:

Mandatory Visual Inspection: Customers (or designated site representatives) must inspect all delivered packages, glass tops, upholstery, and wooden panels alongside our delivery staff or carrier.
Delivery Note Signing: Any visible transit damage, missing hardware, or cosmetic flaws must be explicitly noted on the physical Delivery Note before signing.
Immediate Escalation: Report any delivery issues within 24 hours to our support desk via WhatsApp at +254 114 125 620 or email thefurnitureguysnairobi@gmail.com for rapid dispatch of replacement components from Store Z6.

6. Pickup Option (Fulfillment Center Collection)

Clients who prefer to arrange their own transport or collect items directly are welcome to visit our central store:

Collection Hours:
- Monday – Saturday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EAT
- Sunday: Scheduled emergency dispatches & collections allowed.
Requirement: Please present your Order Number and ID/Company Letter upon collection.
