2. Commercial Quotations & Pricing

• B2B Quotation Validity: All formal B2B corporate quotations issued by TFG Nairobi remain valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issuance unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
• Price Modifications: TFG Nairobi reserves the right to adjust listed prices on our website without prior notice due to fluctuations in material import costs, exchange rates, or local tax duties. Confirmed and paid orders will not be subject to price adjustments.
• ETR & Tax Compliance: All commercial transactions are issued with official ETR (Electronic Tax Register) invoices in accordance with the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) tax guidelines.

3. Payment Methods & Order Confirmation

• Accepted Payment Channels: We accept payments via M-Pesa Business (Till/Paybill), Direct Bank Transfers (EFT/RTGS), and major Debit/Credit Cards.
• Retail Orders: Standard retail orders are processed for dispatch upon receipt of 100% full payment.
• Corporate B2B Orders: Custom, bulk, or modular commercial fit-out orders require a minimum 70% commitment deposit upon invoice sign-off to initiate fabrication/assembly, with the remaining 30% balance payable prior to final site hand-over/dispatch.

4. Product Descriptions & Visual Accuracy

• Digital Rendering & Specifications: We make every effort to display the colors, textures, materials, and structural details of our furniture accurately. However, actual product colors may vary slightly due to screen resolutions, lighting conditions, or subtle natural timber grain variations.
• Dimensions: Stated product dimensions (length, width, seat height) are subject to a minor manufacturing tolerance of ±1.5 cm.

5. Warranties & Limitation of Liability

• Structural Warranty: Our commercial seating, executive desks, and metal frame series carry structural warranty coverage as detailed in our Return & Refund Policy.
• Weight & Usage Compliance: Products must be utilized strictly within their intended weight limits and design parameters. TFG Nairobi is not liable for structural failures resulting from misuse, unauthorized third-party modifications, or improper physical assembly not performed by our team.
• Indirect Damages: TFG Nairobi shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including business operational downtime) arising from delayed third-party shipping or order transit.

6. Intellectual Property
