I bought this for my home office where I handle most of my property listings. First off, it looks stunning—the leather has a nice sheen that makes my office look very expensive. The ‘Bliss’ name is actually accurate; the armrests are so soft that I don’t get that typical elbow pain. I also love how smoothly it rolls on my tiles; some cheaper chairs scratch the floor, but these casters are high quality. For KSh 26k, you won’t find a better executive chair in Nairobi. I’ve spent thousands on chairs that looked good but left my back aching by 3 PM. The Bliss Executive Chair is different. I’ve been using it for three weeks now in my Westlands office, and the lumbar support is exceptional. The padding is thick and doesn’t ‘sink’ after a few hours. It has a very heavy, premium feel when you sit in it, which is exactly what you want when hosting board meetings.
