For the most part these are perfect. They are comfy, sturdy, soft, and look beautiful (especially with my 90’s pink counters that have a gold inlay). Unfortunately, there was a hole in the box and the small bag that was supposed to contain the screws had a hole in it too. The screws had all fallen out of the bag and were loose in the box. Luckily only one of the screws fell out of the hole that was in the corner of the box. All in all the chairs were super easy to put together and I truly love them. I will be sending an email to FULFILLMENT BY TFG NAIROBI to try and get a replacement screw. We will see how easy that is. On another note, these chairs come in boxes that contain 2 chairs each. I ordered 4 chairs but G4S managed to leave one box behind. It took talking to 5 different people with G4S before someone finally helped me with a viable solution for getting me the missing 2 chairs. I was not at all happy with how G4S was handling the situation so I’m glad the 5th person I spoke with was finally able to help me with rectifying the situation without creating a huge headache for me.
Update: THE FURNITURE GUYS NAIROBI was very quick to respond about the missing screw issue and have assured me they are shipping a replacement now. Very happy with this company so far!

This really was just insanely easy to put together. Very happy with it overal. I like that the height is adjustable – got this for a little breakfast nook my girlfriend wanted to put together. The chairs look really elegant and nice so they’re not bad for the price. They arrived in three pieces each and were really easy to assemble. You can adjust the height as much as you want after it’s put together, too, so it’s easy to set it where we want when we use it and then just put it where it looks nice when we’re done. Because the base is pretty wide, it’s a very stable seat. I can rock back and forth on it and it doesn’t really move along with me which is nice. You can swivel on it pretty freely, which is a fun bonus. Kids would probably really like this. The place to put your feet is nice as well and a huge part to why I got this.
My one thing is make sure that you’re considering the base of where you want to put these. We put them at a bar that’s open underneath so there’s plenty of leg room and room to push the stools in almost all the way when we’re not using them so they can be as out of the way as possible. If you have a bar that has a solid front be aware that the base for these chairs will only let you go forward so much before they hit that part of the bar. That’s my one call out.
