Frequently Asked Questions: VC12 VECELO Bar Stool Series
1. Is the VC12P bar stool height adjustable?
Yes. Every VC12P adjustable bar stool features a high-performance Class-3 gas lift mechanism. This allows you to easily adjust the seat height to fit both kitchen counter heights and high-top bar tables. Whether you are looking for a counter chair or a tall bar stool, this model adapts to your needs.
Smooth 360-degree swivel and easy height adjustment for versatile use
2. What is the weight capacity of this velvet bar stool?
The VC12P gold bar stool is built on a reinforced steel pedestal. It is engineered to comfortably and safely support up to 120kg, making it one of the most durable modern gold pedestal bar stools available in the Nairobi market.
Precision-engineered dimensions for the perfect counter-height fit.
3. How do I clean and maintain the pink velvet upholstery?
While the plush velvet looks delicate, it is surprisingly resilient. For daily maintenance, a soft brush or vacuum with an upholstery attachment is sufficient. For minor spills, we recommend spot-cleaning with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Because it’s a VECELO bar stool, the fabric is designed to resist matting over time.

Absolutely. At TFG Nairobi, we provide a 12-month warranty on all VC12 variants (VC12P, VC12W, VC12B, VC12G). This covers the structural integrity of the gold pedestal and the functionality of the gas lift mechanism.
5. Can I get same-day delivery in Nairobi?
Yes. Jacktone and the team prioritize speed. We offer same-day delivery within Nairobi for orders placed before 2:00 PM. Whether you are in Westlands, Kilimani, or Karen, we ensure your bar stool and table set arrives promptly.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We offer flexible and secure payment options including M-PESA, VISA, MASTERCARD, and Cash. We strongly advise all customers to consult with our sales representative before finalizing payments to confirm stock availability and delivery logistics.
7. Are there other colors available in this design?
Yes, the VC12 series is highly versatile. If the VC12P (Pink) isn’t your style, you can choose from the VC12W (White), VC12B (Black), or the VC12G (Grey). All variants feature the same luxury gold base and height-adjustable features.
